Fitness and being social to...I'm in the same boat. Fitness and being social took a back seat to medical problems and depression. I'm working on this, though, and intend to be a regular of at least one knitting group by the end of the year. Ditto for gym. I was doing OK for a while, then I got an infection, and next thing you know, it's been over a month.<BR/><BR/>Hang in there! We have to feel good to want to be social.
